Stress, well stress is mainly when there are too many pressures on you, and you have to reach all these demands on time. How it can affect young people today, for instance if they have homework from all the classes due the next day then they can lose sleep. Next, they over sleep so they would not be able to eat a proper breakfast and have to rush to school. With that, no one can focus in class or they just sleep while the teacher is lecturing about a lesson. While also being stress you can not think about how to organize what should happen first and so on.
What causes me stress is homework,school,taking care of my sister. Well homework causes me stress only when I have homework for every class.School is stressful now because of the service learning form that I have to do. My sister is stressful when she does not listen to me and then complains. But, I just find a way not to be stressed anymore. I would just stop and breathe for a second then think what needs to be done next thing you know it, it was not even that complicated I was just over thinking.That is good because it motivates me to finish my work without any breaks,also not to stoop to my sisters level. In actuality that is good stress instead of bad stress.
